They initially quoted me a price X, but after a while, they gave me a lower price. I complained, and he looked me up and down in a very contemptuous way and sarcastically told me that was the change and that if I couldn't leave, I should. I felt terrible. DO NOT do business here. ***Very bad experience. This man has no good attitude and is not honest. He looks at you first and gives you a price, and then when you come back, the price doesn't match and he treats you badly.*****FEARFUL***

They do not respect the established exchange rates. They do not provide any documentation when making currency purchases. They exchange currency at whatever rate they want, not at the established rate.

Suggestion: Include a phone number where people can call to ask about the current rate.
