This is the worst western union I've visited and believe me I have seen a lot. First the lady would exchange my us dollars for Colombian pesos because she didn't understand that the us passport comes in form of a card. Second they were super rude to me and my wife. Third when I brought my regular passport the lady started making excuses that she couldn't exchange the dollars because they had a small mark with a pen wich is not my fault and it doesn't compromise the value of the dollar. These employees don't represent this company at all. One word to some it all up GARBAGE. Avoid this place by all means. A great option is the store down centro comercial galerias called La Monedita JR this place has excellent costumer service fast and very professional 👏

I appreciate the speed of service, their punctuality, and the easy yet secure system for securing your place in line with a ticket and number. Located in a large shopping center, it's very convenient and easy to reach, with staff who can point you in the right direction. It's also very close to an exit. I've been three times, and only two or three of the four staff members are actively serving customers.

The service from the cashier at register 1 and the doorman was awful. They were incredibly rude; the woman threw my money at me and was yelling. She's so ill-mannered. If you don't like working there, find something you do enjoy. And don't do things so rudely.

I was served by a very rude young man who refused to give me change. It's not the first time I've been to that branch, and I've been served by a very nice young woman before, but this young man provides terrible service.

Today, Monday, November 24, 2025, I arrived at 9:30 am at this location at the entrance of the Éxito Chapinero store, and the service was wonderful. I was fortunate that there was no line; I was alone. I had read some negative reviews, but my experience was quick, efficient, and the service was very polite.
