The lady is nice and the dollar has a decent price. But, security is awful!! Before I got in, the place was empty, but as soon I as I started giving the money to the lady a woman came behind me, and soon, she push herself to the counter. The lady by the counter never say anything, there is not privacy in that place. The lady didn't look at her at all (never said: "I'll be with you in a moment", or anything like that, or: "wait behind until I finished", nothing). Very probably is that the lady knows about these people that follow the customers inside and check the amount of money they are taking (and maybe she doesn't want to get in troubles later). In fact, the woman asked for a bill of $5!! (the day when dollars were more expensive in the year), showing to me that she was not a real customer. With the woman side by side with me, another couple came behind and stayed by the door all the time I was there. I finished and run away the fast I could. My best advice: Don't look for the best exchange rate, choose a place with security! Be careful, nobody will attack you in the place, but you could be followed. I repeat now to myself: tranquility is priceless!

Its ok change few dolar here but they pay much lower than near unicentro.

They remodeled the place, the people who work there are very friendly, and the exchange rate is one of the fairest in northern Bogotá. Highly recommended for taking care of your paperwork. 10/10
