The owner is a total cheat and a total liar... his prices are completely out of line with the market. They rip you off; of course, I didn't let them. The area around 120th Street and Carrera 15 has about 20 currency exchange offices, and the rates are competitive.

I don't recommend this place at all. The service is terrible, the employee is bad-tempered and treats customers poorly. You have to keep a close eye on your bills and money because they try to overcharge you or don't give you the correct change. They change the exchange rates whenever they feel like it. They don't have all denominations of bills available and only give out the denominations they want, not the ones the customer needs. I definitely don't recommend this place; it's just a neighborhood currency exchange.

Professional and fast. The only downside is that the rates are higher than what you'd find elsewhere. Good for selling currency but not for buying it.

The service you get on the phone is horrible, the man who answers is super rude, bad service!

When you call, they answer and hang up the phone, as if they didn't want to serve their customers.

- Bring your original passport. They will ask for it.
- Torn, stained or old-series bills get a lower rate or are refused.
