At this EuroDolar exchange, they always change the dollar buying rate. You check via WhatsApp and they give you one price, but when you get to the store it's lower, even if 10 minutes have passed and the official exchange rate hasn't changed. It's happened to me frequently, so it's not necessarily related to market fluctuations. 👎🏼 In Cedritos, there's the Euro 15 option on 140th Street and even better at the Cedritos Shopping Center, and also at Unicentro.

They're thieves! This afternoon I went to exchange $200 USD and the cashier exchanged it for two $10 bills, telling me I had given him two $10 bills. Which was a lie!! When I complained to management, they did nothing! We checked the security camera footage and nothing was visible because the person was inside the booth.

It says they're open on Sundays from 11:30 am, but they weren't open. Please update those hours because the person who answered the phone told me they'd be there in 15 minutes, and they never arrived. What a bad experience.
