We went before 9:00 am because they were open 24 hours, but they took a long time to come out. The young man who served us seemed annoyed and unfriendly; he acted like he was going to give us money. Honestly, we felt uncomfortable. We're tourists, and his treatment of us was poor. My suggestion is that it's better to exchange money at the airport, but we really needed to exchange it urgently.

They're always sleeping; they should hire people who actually want to work, or they won't open the place if they're not going to serve customers. They're just wasting people's time.
