  I got a good rate, no hidden fees (you get exactly what is agreed on beforehand) and I got real money, no counterfeits. Oh and they were friendly too. So definitely recommended to fellow tourists looking to change their money.

  We were scammed!! Don't exchange money here. We were going to exchange Euros to go to Cuba, and they offered us Cuban pesos at a rate below the official exchange rate. What they don't tell you is: 1. In Cuba, they have two exchange rates: the official rate and the black market rate, which is two and a half times higher. The official rate is 110, the black market rate is 220, and they sold them to us for 90. We lost a lot of money. 2. They insisted we buy Cuban pesos even though we were going to buy Euros. They got rid of those Cuban pesos with us. 3. Taxi drivers in Cuba practically refused to accept Cuban pesos; they only accepted dollars or Euros. At first, it was a bad experience arriving in Cuba with only Cuban pesos only to find out we had been scammed in Colombia. Fortunately, we were able to resolve the situation thanks to the kindness of the Cuban people. Avoid exchanging money here at all costs.

  I asked them via WhatsApp what the dollar exchange rate was. It took me about two hours to get there, and when I arrived, the price was different. They said they couldn't honor the price because the rate changed multiple times throughout the day, and I had to "reserve" via WhatsApp. I wasted the trip.

  It's a currency exchange that gives me a fair rate; I can recommend one. Although they exchange different currencies, they didn't exchange Egyptian pounds for me.
