  Visited Cash Flow on December 21 at around 3 in the afternoon and later realized we had been given two counterfeit bills. They looked real but were fake upon scrutiny at our hotel, several restaurants, and our taxi driver said they were fake as well. Disappointing oversight—exchange places need tighter checks. Find elsewhere to exchange your bills, this location is not worth it. They have completely lost my trust.

  AVOID EXCHANGING MONEY at Cash Flow on Carrera 15 in Bogotá (Cra15 #119-73 Local 204). I arrived from the USA and went there to exchange $2,000 USD. The person who processed the exchange put the money through the machine, and it dispensed several bills during the process. She, a woman around 30 years old, then exchanged several bills and gave us the money. When we got back to the hotel and went to pay, the hotel staff found two counterfeit $50,000 COP bills. I called Cash Flow and told them what happened, and they told me to come in to check the security cameras. When I arrived, the owner said that was impossible, got angry, and refused to exchange them. NEVER EXCHANGE MONEY AT THAT PLACE. IT IS NOT RELIABLE OR SAFE. THEY WILL PAY YOU WITH COUNTERFEIT BILLS. AVOID EXCHANGING MONEY at Cash Flow on Carrera 15 in Bogotá (Cra15 #119-73 Local 204). When we got to the hotel and went to pay, the hotel staff found two counterfeit bills of 50,000 pesos. I informed Cash Flow, and they told me to come to view the cameras. I arrived, and the owner said that it was impossible, got angry, and refused to exchange them. NEVER EXCHANGE MONEY AT THAT PLACE, IT IS NOT RELIABLE, NOT SAFE; THEY GIVE YOU COUNTERFEIT BILLS.
