Slower than anything I've ever experienced. Wait in line, even after the person in front of you leaves and the counter is empty, you can't get help. They're so inexperienced and slow.

Thats a nice safe place inside Exito ,where there are many shoppers moving .Its a nice orner location ,do your transactions and get mixed in the crowd.

Well located, but the service is terrible. The woman was aggressive and very rude, nothing like the service in Medellin. Sometimes they don't buy dollars and don't explain why. I absolutely do not recommend it; the service is awful!

The employee who works at this location inside Éxito is very rude and ill-mannered. She doesn't even respond to a simple "good morning" and always does everything reluctantly. I go there frequently, and honestly, her service is terrible.
