Transaction was denied with no reason I have had nothing but problems with Western Union denying transactions. Stay far away from Western Union if you need your money

The service itself is good, but the holiday hours aren't listed here. The Western Union at Éxito Wow is open from 9 AM to 3 PM. The Western Union at Viva Envigado is open from 9 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4 PM. This needs improvement.

The woman at the left window was absolutely arrogant, inattentive, and even discriminatory. It was a very unpleasant experience; I felt like I was begging. No information, absolutely discouraging.
