The service from the man with glasses is terrible and negligent; it's the worst office in Envigado.

Today, January 13th, at the Envigado branch of 2026, a man with glasses is taking an hour to serve each customer. It's 5:30 and this man is doing things differently and asking for all sorts of information that no Western Union ever asks for.
