  Horrible customer service from certain employees; very unfriendly! I am referring to office in Cucuta,Colombia , Avenida # 0 office

  It used to be an excellent place to run errands. I don't know if they've changed staff or what internal problems they're having, but the service is now terrible! 1. The tellers charge fictitious fees without any explanation. 2. They don't give answers, much less allow you to speak to a supervisor. 3. They don't give you the full amount of money. 4. The treatment of people is awful, regardless of their nationality. The quality of customer service has declined, and at the very least, long-time customers deserve respect and an apology for these disrespectful actions!

  These offices charge an additional 8,000 pesos on top of the shipping fee, plus the invoice fee. They also use the lowest exchange rate in Cúcuta for the dollar, which is terrible. Another company should be established to stop them from taking advantage of people, especially since Cúcuta is one of the cities with the most money transfers across the border.

  Darles una estrella cuando no le cancelan el dinero a una persona es como mucho! No creen? Juegan con la necesidad del Venezolano como no tienen idea aparte me pidieron el estado de cuenta de la persona que me envió el dinero cosa q en otras agencias no se ve! Me hicieron perder todo el tiempo y no me cancelaron perdí la excursión de donde vine de Venezuela me tocó quedarme lo hacen como a propósito para q uno se quede pague hotel y haga gastos innecesarios yo me pregunto cómo hace una persona q solo va contando con ese dinero y no le pagan le toca regresarse a Venezuela sin nada o quedarse a dormir en las calles de Cúcuta! Quieren mover más su economía! Los Venezolanos les gastamos en todo en Colombia y quieren más y es esta oficina xq luego yo me fui a otra q cierra a las 8 y si me pago con cédula de paso y no me preguntaron absolutamente nada INEFICIENTES! de paso tratan mal al público!

  They're rude and disrespectful. They even ask what people are going to use the money for. For God's sake, what do they care? They humiliate people who don't know much about withdrawals. They have no patience and don't know how to work with the public. They need a lesson in values ​​and customer service. They're all rude and disrespectful. People actually use Western Union in Cúcuta out of sheer necessity, and that's why those jerks are like that.
