It is not possible to make currency exchanges here. I have been there 3 times in the last 2 months and the "system" is always down

The staff's service is good but a bit slow depending on the transaction. However, I suggest training the advisors or tellers in a second language. I witnessed an Asian man waiting for over 30 minutes to be served by the supervisor, who could only communicate with him in English. The security guard was very kind and courteous.

The service is awful. The new cashier has a bad attitude and says they close half an hour early, even though the website doesn't say so. She just tells you there's an error and doesn't even specify what it is because she doesn't even check the information on the screen herself. This isn't the first time this has happened to me with the same cashier at this location.
