They open 15 minutes late, and the security guard asks you why you're there (it's dangerous), then orders you around like you're a subordinate. Terrible service... I'm never going back! There's another Western Union on the first floor of Caribe Plaza with professional staff.

Terrible service at Caribe Plaza; they never have a system for withdrawing money, but they do have a system for receiving remittances and exchanging currency.
