Opening hours are incorrect. On the door it says open until 6pm in the week, 5pm on Saturday and 10am-2pm on Sunday.

Google says that this location is open I get all the way there only to find it's closed many Western Unions are closed when they are said to be open.

Excellent service, but the hours at this branch are incorrect. Monday to Friday they're open until 6 pm, not 7 pm as shown. And on Sundays they're open until 2 pm.

On May 22, 2024, a woman with glasses (apparently the oldest) refused to accept my $200 bill in good condition, stating that they only accept bills printed from 2008 onward, or $100 bills that are blue. However, I had no problems at other branches in Cartagena and Medellín. Don't go there if you don't want to have a bad experience, as that branch's policies are different. Nevertheless, the employee who helped us was very helpful.
