Extremely rude woman works the counter here. They were completely dead and this woman hated her life. Not a good place to exchange money. No wonder no one was ever there our entire trip- exchange your money somewhere else- the place right across from them is better and better exchange rates if for nothing else to deal with someone who isn’t so horribly miserable.

Deduction of fees that is not stated in the remitters account. Top of it actual payment was less than what the invoice showed! Disturbing!

Send money securely. Be aware that if the total amount sent exceeds $1000, you will need to undergo a security interview. You should inquire about this before making a deposit.

The woman at the counter of this Plaza Bocagrande shopping center is rude and disrespectful. She's clearly unhappy with her job and threw my ID and money at me, then started talking about me with her coworker. She's been there for a while and hasn't changed her attitude. She doesn't answer customers' questions, and if she does, it's rudely. Please replace this woman; she gives a very bad impression of this company, which has excellent service at other locations.
