Well, the truth is, I achieved my goal, which was to withdraw the money. But when I went to make the withdrawal, they had all my information, but they told me that the person who sent the money only used one last name. Because of that silly mistake, they held the transfer. It's illogical that they have my ID number and my first last name, and yet I still had to reschedule the transfer. How about that?
