The service is terrible. I couldn't claim an international money transfer because I had my digital ID card, and they won't accept it unless I bring a PDF copy from the National Registry's website. It clearly states they are not authorized to send PDFs of national ID cards, so I don't understand how they can't read a document that is legal and digital, accessible via the QR code provided by the application itself for identification. I've been dealing with this process at this brokerage firm for over four hours. I find the service extremely poor.

They don't keep to their schedule. On Sunday, I went to send money to my family at 3:27 pm, and the girl sitting there, with no one else around, said there was no more service. Her shift ends at 4 pm, or if they've changed their hours, please correct this so people don't waste their time going there. This is the second time they've done this. There are plenty of people who want to work if the girl doesn't want to keep to her schedule.
