  I am a migrant and I highly recommend this location. They deliver the full amount of remittances you send to your entire family; no additional taxes are deducted. The sender pays that amount beforehand, but if there are any additional fees, the staff will inform you correctly. The women there are very kind, respectful of the queue, and take their time, which is very important since they are handling our requests. They also provide information on absolutely everything. I remind you not to go to any Western Union location associated with Banco Unión because I've had problems with that. However, this is a positive review for them and for this location because whenever I've been in my country and received money from abroad, I've been able to collect the corresponding remittance, which is sent to me via the tracking code and email. As I mentioned, these people provide excellent service, so I congratulate them and hope that the manager of this location or the company realizes they have such good employees at Western Union. I would like to see this location, at least the one in the plaza, invest in its stock and value. The Caicedo branch, which I'm leaving a positive review for, is where they also need to improve the infrastructure, because those people deserve to be in a better place, and they also do their jobs well. Once again, thank you for your attention to the women who work there so hard and keep you informed about absolutely everything. They are an example that should be followed in all Western Union locations. These employees deserve to be recognized, and perhaps they deserve a raise because they work well. Also, if you as a company are going to be associated with the bank, bring those two women who work at the Caicedo branch along; they will set an example of what needs to be done. Congratulations to the women and to the branch itself, because I'm always happy to visit when I'm in my home country, because it reminds me that there are still honest workers here.

  The Western Union service at the Cosmocentro Shopping Center (Money Transfers and Finance) on the first floor is top-notch: fast, efficient, and with the friendly service customers deserve. Highly recommended.
