This is the best western union branch around Parque 93. I always find it empty. The service is fast and efficient. You cannot miss it as it is directly located on the Carrera 15 street and Calle 93

They have a problem with their employees; they're stealing or something strange is going on. They ask for your password, information, and everything else to make a withdrawal, and then in the end they say something's wrong and they can't continue. It's not recommended to withdraw or make transfers from this place.

They have a lunch break and don't put it on Google. They don't care if you spend 15 minutes outside knocking (WHEN THEY'RE INSIDE); they just leave you waiting outside like they don't care at all.

Poor exchange rate compared to other Western Union agencies and the customer service is deplorable, always with a bad attitude and a terrible attitude.
