They hand out damaged bills, you go to exchange them since nobody accepts them, they say that the bills are in bad condition and that they are not going to make the exchange, when you tell them that they were the ones who handed them out they agree to exchange them but at a value lower than the current rate because it is not $100 but when you ask that rate they spend 1 minute thinking, that is, they are improvising the rate in their own way.

They're selling counterfeit money at that place. My husband went there this afternoon to exchange $50 USD for Colombian pesos, and all the Colombian bills were fake. He's already filing a police report. Be careful.
