I went there to claim a voucher, the inept person who was there yesterday afternoon deliberately delayed me and didn't give me the voucher. Terrible service.

I went yesterday at midday to exchange currency. Unfortunately, I was given $6 less than I should have been. Only when I asked for a receipt (which she hadn't given me) did the woman suddenly admit that money was missing. A complete scam.
