The girl is unwilling to work. I went to exchange money and she wouldn't wait even 5 minutes, even though I had already taken out the cash and was counting it to give it to her. She simply told me she was closing up and refused to sell me anything. Please hire staff who are more helpful and empathetic. She knows who she is.

They have a few customer service lines and nobody answers them.
