Terrible service. I called early to ask the exchange rate and they gave me one rate. When I arrived two hours later, they told me that wasn't the correct rate. However, that wasn't what bothered me. Apparently, the supervisor overheard my conversation with the young woman who was helping me and started yelling at her, asking why she wasn't answering right in front of me. This tall, fat man thinks he can treat his employees or staff however he wants. What a lack of respect to scold people in front of customers! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE PRICES. OF ALL THE PLACES I ASKED, IT WAS THE MOST EXPENSIVE.

It's a rip-off. I bought a few euros twice in a row (on a Tuesday and a Thursday of the same week) and the service was normal, but when I traveled to Europe on vacation I realized that 200 euros were counterfeit. Luckily I had money on my card. I'm already filing a police report.
