The exchange rates are competitive, but this branch doesn't keep to its opening hours at all. They say 10 am to 7 pm, but sometimes they open after 10 am and close at 6 pm.

A disgrace. I ran 30 blocks in the middle of an emergency to get to the Cedritos branch, but the employee on Wednesday, November 19th, decided to deny me service 15 minutes before.
