I was registered with only one surname, and now it turns out they don't want to give me the money. To receive it, they let you without needing both surnames, but to withdraw it, it's a problem; you have to have both surnames.

The hours are extended until four, okay. The lady says it's closed and tells me she's having lunch! We're on a "pico y cédula" schedule and the lines are long, so why wait for her to have lunch and leave me at the door?!
