******DON'T COME TO THIS EXCHANGE IF: 1. You want the worst exchange rate. We got a much better price from El pablado the same day. 2. You don't have the EXACT denomination you want to exchange. If you want to exchange 50 USD, you need to give them exact amount. 3. You want to exchange Canadian dollar. The lady at the front did some checking behind the screen and said " we don't accept CAD".

Terrible service!! I'm late to the party and I'm reading the reviews. The employees are not polite at all. I'm sure there's someone out there who needs a job and could do better! As a tip, bring your passport or even show it as identification in the parking lot to get change. They absolutely refuse to exchange damaged or torn bills. Mine were a little wrinkled and they returned them to me. So, terrible service.

It's been a long time since I've received such terrible service at a business. The two employees who work there had a horrible attitude and tone towards us. I'm sure there are people out there who could do an incredibly good job but desperately need the work and the money. If you have that kind of attitude towards the public, don't work. PS: Bring your passport!

I'm giving it zero stars because I can't. The service from both employees was terrible. And the same went for those ahead of us. Sunday morning (September 18th). Awful employees.
