I had gone dozens of times without a problem, but today there was different staff, and when I went to withdraw my money with my wife (Colombian and four months pregnant), they demanded my immigration visa, which they had never asked for before, even though I have it (besides, that's not their job), but I don't have it with me. It's strange, since Western Union in my country relies on undocumented immigrants sending money to their families back home. Afterward, I went to the Western Union Money Transfer and Finance branch on the second floor, and they dispensed my money without any problem, just by handing over my passport, as is normal. It's a shame to be left with such a bad taste in my mouth after being a regular customer. Simply a bad person.

Terrible customer service. They gave me a torn bill, and when I complained, the employee, who was very inattentive, sent me to customer service and gave me a phone number that obviously doesn't work. I do not recommend this Cosmocentro branch.
