Terrible service! They don't even keep to the hours listed on the website; they close at 7. And their customer service is awful.

Terrible service. I arrived at the Diverplaza location before 6 PM on Saturday, July 1, 2023, and the cashiers weren't working. They claimed they weren't taking orders. They were negligent, didn't care about the customer, were rude, and didn't know about the service at nearby locations. The sign says service until 6 PM.

This service is terrible. The advisors are always in a bad mood and treat the user badly. I think they should have qualified staff, not these rude people.

I've never met anyone who works for a company like this and can't even spell. People send and receive money from institutions like these, people who work hard and strive to get ahead, and this company is making mistakes out of sheer ignorance and not hiring qualified people. It's very wrong. I don't recommend any services from companies like this.

According to the website they open at nine, today Wednesday November 19th, it is 9:12 and there is no employee to be seen here, bad service.
