I'm from Germany and I had no problems. I got my money within few minutes (with school spanish). I hate tourists who think everywhere they know everything better. If you have not fallen on your head, then you get the money in a few minutes. Be friendly, query code, signature and done (5 to 10 minutes)... thanks to the service :)

The staff at that location are inefficient, the service is terrible, the information they provide to help you resolve any issues with the bank is incorrect, and they constantly find fault, especially when you're in a hurry. Withdrawing money has never been more complicated at that location.

They almost always start saying the system is down around 6:20. How convenient when closing time is 7.
