Good evening, my name is Eduardo Yagua. I had a terrible experience at the Western Union offices when they wouldn't let me pick up a money transfer of 330,000 pesos at the Macarena branch. They're demanding documents from the people sending the money, such as proof of employment or income certificates.

I would like to know if, being Venezuelan, I can make a withdrawal with my ID card and code, because at Efecty they tell me I need a Colombian ID card, and the shipment is obviously in my Venezuelan name.

The cashiers have a bad attitude and usually keep the coins. They don't give the full amount of money 😡
