Terrible! I arrived at 6:35 and the man told me it was already closed, even though I'd been there before because the hours were until 7! Listen, you rush home from work confident that's the closing time, and here the employees DO WHATEVER THEY WANT. Please look into this and address the issue! (From the employee at this Portal del Prado location)

They don't accept digital ID cards. Western Union is operating under Colombian law and technology regarding citizen identification. Furthermore, I went to exchange a small amount of US dollars, and the man inspected them meticulously, as if he'd never seen a dollar before. He didn't have a black light or any other verification tool. Go to other exchange houses that are up-to-date and familiar with the system.

The advisor has a bad attitude and is distrustful; check your money and count it several times at the teller window. That time they gave me 50,000 short.

It's a disaster, they waste people's time, ask ridiculous questions to hand over money that doesn't belong to them, their opening hours are not up to date, they are worse than Super Giros.
