They're supposed to sell collectible and numismatic banknotes, but every time I've gone, the person in charge of sales is either "not there" or busy. The only time I managed to get in, they were selling banknotes at inflated prices that are cheaper in other numismatic shops, and the customer service isn't the best. 😒

I called to check the dollar exchange rate, they gave me one rate, and when I went to the Calima shopping center, they were paying me much less—a total rip-off. A complete lack of respect for people.

The woman working there is rude and uninterested. They have collectible banknotes for sale in the display cases, but they don't seem interested in providing good customer service. She refuses to show the banknotes, saying they only have the ones on display, even though it's clear they have several albums. I had already bought some banknotes before, and the first time was the same—poor service from that woman. It seems she's too lazy to offer good service and information about the banknotes. If they're just for decoration, they should at least indicate that they're not for sale.
