Exchange rates they publish on its website was different to the actual they apply. I didn’t feel comfortable by giving personal information on an slip that look so unofficial. Also reading here about several frauds and robbery situations was a huge red flag. I do not recommend this place. Moved across to another exchange office where I was much better treated (even better rates were applied)

They have very good exchange rates, however their service is not good. Also, they advertise they sell Chilean peso, but it is quite difficult to actually buy it because they never seem to have any available. -Another thing to keep in mind is that they have 930 am as opening hour during the week, but I have showed up by then and they don't open punctually. So, yes you will have a good deal for foreign currency, be aware of the issues with them.

Their exchange rate is better than the others however you better look for spotters outside cause the don’t close the door so literally everyone can see your transactions.

This cashier had the worse customer service. Clearly she hates her job and she transmit that to the clients
