My friends and I have used this exchanged many times in our three months in Santa Marta. We have always got a better rate than we could get anywhere else and the service has been perfect. The gal working there is always so polite and professional. We do not speak Spanish so her help was greatly appreciate it

Don't waste your time coming here.The exchange rate is a joke. 60% was there offer. You can get a cash advance withdrawal from credit card and it will still be around 90% to your dollar.

The lady didn't want to change my 100 dollar note saying that it was damaged, but it was brand new. And they give a very bad exchange rate. Don't go!!!

Doesn’t seem to be a shop front but one of the electronics vendors in the arcade. No paperwork or ID for USD.
