They pay terribly, I don't recommend it. I brought 350 Mexican pesos and they gave me 35,000 COP. I was shocked because I didn't understand; I thought each person was paid that amount, but that's what they gave me in total. I was extremely disappointed.

It's not true that they have the best exchange rate. Today I called this place before going and asked what the rate was for buying euros, and one of the women who works there (Unicentro, basement) told me 4600. When I arrived at their location, they wanted to pay me 4300 for the exchange, while other exchange houses (which supposedly have bad rates) were offering 4550 and 4450 that same day. Cambios Horizonte is supposed to have the best rate, but it doesn't. They are unprofessional and untrustworthy.

It's located next to the escalators in the Oasis basement parking garage. I absolutely do not recommend them; the staff is inattentive and the rates are terrible. Today they were buying Canadian dollars at 2500 pesos while other exchange houses were paying 2900 pesos.

Terrible service. They use their phones chatting right in front of you as if nothing's wrong. They're rude. Everything is incredibly slow. I waited an hour.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Their service is awful. Very slow, they don't respect the schedule, and the employees don't even greet you. Could someone please improve their customer service? Thank you very much.
