This money changer is located on the ground floor of our hotel. When we needed to pay our hotel with Colombian pesos currency, we went here to sell our euros. The rates are good if you sell more euros. The staff is nice and friendly. Please, count your money before leaving the counter. I recommend this money changer when you are in Bogota city center.

They should improve their customer service; at the very least, they should greet you, inform you of the exchange rate, and provide a receipt for the transaction. They could do better. 👌🏼

Very convenient for those staying in the area. However, as in many places, you have to be very careful to make sure the exchange rate is correct. They almost gave me the wrong amount, about 10% less. There's no commission, but perhaps some employees are opportunistic.

- Torn, stained or old-series bills get a lower rate or are refused.
